Salon and Spa Policies
Our highest commitment is to your privacy.
Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.
We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us. We will strive to deliver a valuable service that offers you – our valued member -- the highest quality, value and convenience.
PLEASE arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. While we strive to be on-time for your scheduled appointment(s), we may run behind schedule from time-to-time. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance as we do our best to take all clients scheduled. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late checking-in to your scheduled appointment time, understand in advance that your appointment might be delayed and or re-schedule with another member of our team if we cannot accommodate your appointment(s).
A credit card will be required to reserve certain appointment types. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa package cancellation. We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy and your credit card will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with services received at Teddie Kossof Salon, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will be happy to address any concern that you may have.
Retail Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at Teddie Kossof Salon, we will be glad to offer you a store credit, which can be used for future retail purchases or salon services.
Pursuant to health regulations, we are not able to offer refunds for hairbrushes. Additionally, we not not accept returns on purchases for flat irons and blow dryers.
Special Offers & Promotions
We enjoy offering all of our clients deals on our services...we often work with 3rd party companies to promote special offers and promotions for our salon & spa services and retail hair & skin care products. Please note that you can only redeem one promotion per servcie per visit. For example: If you have a 20% offer and also have a $5 off coupon, you cannot redeem them for the same servcie on the same visit. Additionally, offers may be subject to more exclusions. We reserve the right to accept or deny offers & promotions based on the situation.
Email List Opt-Out Policy
Each of our email communications should contain a clearly identified unsubscribe option. This option enables you to remove yourself from our email newsletters. If, at any point, you inform us that you no longer want to receive all or some email communications from Teddie Kossof Salon, we will remove you from our email invitation lists as soon as possible – but in no event later 2-3 business days after your request.
Gift Card and Insta-Gift Policy
Gift Cards and Insta-Gift Certificates never expire. Present your card at salon for service. Gift Cards have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Teddie Kossof Salon is not responsible for lost gift cards or insta-gifts. If lost, there is a $10 replacement fee.
You can add value at any time. Cards are a convenient way to prepay for all available services. Cards will be debited the service amount for any no-show appointments.
On-line Appointment Booking Policy
This is an exclusive service provided to our e-club members. When you sign up for online booking privileges you will become a member of the e-club. When booking your appointment(s), you are committing to reserve time and have services rendered. Teddie Kossof Salon has the right to authorize charges on your Credit Card for any (1) no-shows (2) or cancellation of appointment within 24 hours of the service time. Teddie cannot allow exceptions to this policy.
Corporate Membership Program
If you are a corporate member, your memberships expires annually, you must re-register for our corporate program annually. For more info contact us.
