“It’s always a great feeling to receive recognition.  We thank Salon Today Magazine for this wonderful honor – our award for technology is proof that we are continuing to invest in our salon and innovate our clients salon experience.  Today’s client expects the businesses they patronize to evolve.  We have done just that;  by investing in the best technology available for our amazing staff & clients.  From our state-of-the-art Online Booking service to receiving text message reminders for upcoming appointments…Our Insta-Gift online gifting service (recently trademarked) allows users to print or send an electronic gift to anyone in the world!  Clients love getting their Teddie Points which can be managed online with our mobile-friendly website and there’s a lot more!” remarked co-owner, Alan Kossof.

“I was the first salon to have a computer” added Teddie Kossof.  He added “I believe is was 1986, you should have seen the size of that machine!  We were inputting client information and mailing letters & post cards before anyone else – I attribute that to our salon’s success.  Technology has evolved and Alan has helped our wonderful staff with his innovations.  A beauty experience today is not just about showing up to get your haircut.  With technology, our client experience starts well before our clients arrive for their appointment.”

“Our editors recognize that strong business leadership requires the mastery of a number of different best business practices,” said Stacey Soble, editor-in-chief of SALON TODAY. “The salons named to the SALON TODAY 200 for 2015 not only proved they excel in one or more of these areas, they also have created rewarding environments for their staff members and standout experiences for their clients.
