As a licensed Cosmetologist and Medical Aesthetician, Jillian T. Dachman has extensive knowledge of beauty and the skin, making her an expert on the theory and artistic mastery of Permanent Cosmetics. After recognizing that helping people realize their beauty goals was truly her passion, Jillian went on to receive various other certifications in order to expand her knowledge and skills within the realm of skin and beauty. She then found her passion for Permanent Cosmetics, and cultivated her enthusiasm by building her knowledge of the Permanent Cosmetic industry to extend from the most basic of applications, to advanced techniques and the highly complex Para-Medical Cosmetic Tattooing. “It’s amazing how a simple refinement or a neutralized scar can change people’s lives. I get immense satisfaction by bringing out the best in people!
